Educational Qualification – RAC DRDO Project Scientist, 55 New Positions

For recruitment to all the vacant posts mentioned, it is mandatory for the candidate to hold the following mandatory qualifications-

Project Scientist ‘F’ (Computer Science & Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 Years of working experience in Design and development in the field of application software development with programming languages( C, C++) and scripting languages (Python/Perl/Bash). Including, Project management of computer networks with security features.
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline.

Project Scientist ‘D’ (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years experience in Satellite Earth Station.
• Experience in handling test & measurement equipment like signal generators, Spectrum analyzers & Network Analyzers.
• Deep knowledge & strong experience with signal processing algorithm development using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline

Project Scientist ‘D’ (Computer Science & Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years experience in AI/ML, RDBMS, GIS, computer networking, programming language, scripting language, software engineering, computer graphics, SQA and algorithm analysis.
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Experience in the Fusion of multi-sensors big data

Project Scientists “D” (Mechanical Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years experience in the field of design or development of Mechanical / Aero Systems / Integration / Assembly and servicing of Material Handling equipment / Assembly, Integration and QA / QC of Mechanical systems/design and fabrication of mechanical system.
• Desirable: (i) Master’s degree in relevant discipline.

Project Scientists “C” (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Experience in handling test & measurement equipment like signal generators, Spectrum analyzers & Network Analyzers

Project Scientists “C” (Computer Science & Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in MATLAB/SIMULINK
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Independent Verification and Validation (V&V)/Artificial Intelligence / Object-oriented design.

Project Scientists “C” (Electrical Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in Electrical Integration of Sub-Systems.
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Design, development, assembly, integration, and testing of Electrical systems.

Project Scientists “C” (Mechanical Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in the field of structural/thermal analysis.
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Design, development, assembly, integration, and testing of Mechanical systems

Project Scientists “C” (Civil Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in embedded systems development, especially for electrical and electronic system applications.
• Desirable:
  1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Working experience in the field of structural/ sub-system Integration building

Project Scientists “B” (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

• At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Desirable:

  • Valid GATE score.
  • Upto 3 Years experience in MATLAB/SIMULINK.
