DRDO JRF Recruitment 2024: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is offering exciting opportunities for young researchers in the field of psychology! The Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR) in Delhi has announced openings for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) positions.
Educational Qualifications for DRDO JRF Recruitment 2024:
- JRF: Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour, Social Psychology, or Personality Assessment. First division and a valid NET qualification are mandatory.
- RA: Ph.D. in Psychology is required.
Age Limit:
- JRF: The maximum age is 28 years. Relaxation is available for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates as per government rules.
- RA: The maximum age is 35 years. Relaxation is available for SC/ST (5 years) and OBC (3 years) candidates as per government rules.
Stipend:
- JRF:
- Rs. 37,000 per month for the first two years.
- Rs. 42,000 per month for the third year (if retained).
- Rs. 37,000 per month for any extended tenure.
- HRA provided as per government rules.
- Contingency grant of up to Rs. 15,000 per annum for the first two years, increasing to Rs. 20,000 per annum for subsequent years.
- RA:
- Rs. 67,000 per month for the entire tenure.
- HRA provided as per government rules.
- Contingency grant of up to Rs. 20,000 per annum for the entire tenure.
