- A three-year full-time diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering from an AICTE- or UGC-recognized institute.
- OR a diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics from RD Tata Technical Education Centre (Jamshedpur), JN Tata Technical Education Centre (Gopalpur), or Tata Steel Technical Institute (Burmamines).

Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience (excluding apprenticeship) in a steel plant (as of May 1, 2024) is required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Selected candidates will be placed in the TSK D1 grade with a starting basic salary of Rs. 17,530 per month, leading to a CTC of Rs. 5.6 LPA.
- Other benefits and allowances will be provided as per company rules for this grade.
- Candidates with four or more years of experience may receive additional compensation.
