Electronics and Radar Development Establishment (LRDE) is one of the R&D Establishments set up under the Defence R&D organization, Government of India to address the needs of Defence Services in the field of Radar and related Technologies.
LRDE invites applications from young and meritorious Indian citizens, who desire to pursue Radar related research as Junior Research Fellows possessing qualifications as indicated below.
Educational Qualification for DRDO JRF Vacancy:

For the discipline of Electrical and Electronics & Communication Engineering –
Graduate degree from a recognized university in a professional course (BE / B Tech in the first division in respective subject with GATE Or Post graduate degree from a recognized university in professional course (ME / M Tech) in first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level in respective subject.
Age Limit:
What is the age limit for the applications of DRDO –in detail below;
28 years for JRF as of 30th Jun 2023. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC as per Government of India rules.
Tenure:
The initial offer shall be for a period of 2 years extendable up to a maximum of 4 years as per provisions of the scheme of Research fellows in DRDO.
Salary Amount/ Stipend:

31,000/- per month (plus admissible House Rent Allowance)
