Minimum Educational Qualification:
What are the educational qualification for the engagement of South East Central Railway –in detail below;
Matriculation passed or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/ State Council for Vocational Training. The candidate must fill their 10th & ITI marks on the portal in qualification section; otherwise their application will be automatically rejected. Do not fill any other higher qualification.
Training & Stipend:
The training will be regulated according to standards/syllabus issued by Central Apprenticeship Council. The candidates undergoing training will be eligible for stipend as per prescribed rates. Stipend Rate Rs. 8050/- for 2 years ITI course & Rs. 7700/- for 1 years ITI course.
The duration of training period will be 1 (one) year only.
Mode of Selection:
Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] plus ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
