WB ITI New Session Begins: As Per the Order of the Government of Education, Training and Skill Development Department Directorate of Industrial Training, the regular classes (Physical class) of the newly admitted trainees (2023-24 & 2023-25) will start on 01.08.2023 (Time: 10:00 AM). At the time of physical reporting at the institute, Candidates should bring the following documents along with all original testimonials.
To ensure a smooth start to your educational voyage, we kindly request all students make the necessary preparations in advance. Remember to bring along the following documents when you come for physical reporting:

For “E” Group of Trades (WB ITI New Session Begins):
- A copy of your Class VIII final mark-sheet and certificate. Ensure that your school registration number is mentioned on the documents.
- Self-attested copies of certificates for S/C, S/T, P/H (if applicable). These certificates are essential if you are seeking admission under any reserved seat (SC/ST/PH).
- Three recent stamp-size colored photographs, so we can get to know you better.
If available, bring a self-attested copy of your Aadhar Card. - VTC quota candidates should submit their Vocational course completion certificate/mark sheet issued by WBSCT&VE&SD/PBSSD/VTCs under Govt. of West Bengal.
- A medical certificate of fitness issued by a medical practitioner with an MBBS or BHMS degree, following the format available on our website.
- Don’t forget to carry your Admission Letter, a ticket to your bright future!

- A copy of your age-proof/Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent mark sheet and certificate of Madhyamik examination.
- Self-attested copies of certificates for S/C, S/T, and P/H (if applicable). These certificates are essential if you are seeking admission under any reserved seat (SC/ST/PH).
- Three recent stamp-size colored photographs to put faces to names.
- VTC quota candidates should submit their Vocational course completion certificate issued by WBSCT&VE&SD/PBSSD/VTCs under Govt. of West Bengal.
- A medical certificate of fitness issued by a medical practitioner with an MBBS or BHMS degree, following the format available on our website.
