Age Limit:

Upper Age Limit 01.11.2023 (32 years)

Project Engineers-I: The upper age limit is 32 years.

The upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to General & E WS Category. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates (having minimum 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation applicable to OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates).

Salary Amount:

What is the salary amount for the engagement of BEL –in detail below;

Project Engineer- I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 45,000/- per month for the 2nd year, Rs. 50, 000/- per month for the 3rd year and Rs. 55, 000/- per month for the 4th year respectively.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT for Bharat Electronics Project Engineer Recruitment:

Project Engineer- I: Initially for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of One more year (Maximum tenure of 4 years including the initial period) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.

However, if any candidate has completed three years of tenure as a Trainee Engineer in BEL and applied and selected for Project Engineer post he will be directly inducted as Project Engineer –II. The overall tenure will be limited to 3 years only. The remuneration of such candidates will be Rs.45.000/- for the 1st year, Rs. 50,000/- for 2nd year and Rs.55,000/- for the 3rd year.

Candidates are requested to read the details and take screenshots for making the payment. · Candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Application Form. · Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and submitting the application. Applicants’ Application form duly filled with recent photograph attached.
SSLC/SSC/ISC/10th Standard marks card (as proof of date of birth).
BE/BTech All semester Marks Sheets/Final consolidated marks sheet.
B.E/B.Tech Degree certificate/Provisional Degree certificate (as applicable)
Caste/Community/Disability/Income certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS respectively
Post-qualification experience certificate/s from previous till current employer.
Candidates if working in PSUs/ Govt. organizations should compulsorily submit „No Objection Certificate‟ at the time of Written test/Interview.
The Trainee Engineers who are currently working in BEL prior intimation shall be given to the respective HR department of the Unit/SBU/CSG where the engineer is working. Copy of the same to be brought at the time of interview.

MODE OF SELECTION:

The Mode of Selection shall be through WALK-IN SELECTION in and around Imphal. The details of the venue and time of selection where the Walk in selection will be held will be published in BEL website career section along with the list of candidates who meet all the criteria as laid in the advertisement.

The candidates meeting the qualifying criteria as specified in the advertisement shall mandatorily register through the Google Form. Written test will be conducted for 85 marks for candidates meeting the stipulated eligibility criteria. Candidates passing the written test will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the above, in the ratio of 1:5. The Interviews will be conducted on the same day/subsequent days immediately after the written test results are announced. Hence, candidates may make travel plans accordingly.
