For Project Engineers:
Full-Time BE/B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/Institution.
For Project Supervisor:
Full-Time Diploma in Electrical/Electronic discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution.

32 years as on 01.10.2023 with minimum 1-year cumulative post qualification relevant work experience for Project Engineers and Project Supervisors.
Salary Amount/ Remuneration:
Project Engineers – Rs. 82,620/- per month
Project Supervisors – Rs. 46,130/- per month

Project Supervisors (Diploma Holders) in the disciplines of Electrical/Electronics to be engaged purely on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of two years to be posted at Defense & Aerospace Business sites on Pan-India basis for site engineering activities for BHEL-Electronics Division, Bangalore as per the requirement. – 2 Nos.
Project Supervisors (Diploma Holders) in the disciplines of Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation to be engaged purely on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of two years for External Services Group on Pan-India basis for Field Service/Erection/Commissioning activities for BHEL-Electronics Division, Bangalore as per the requirement. – 5 Nos.

SELECTION PROCESS:
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, Personal Interviews shall be conducted for all the eligible candidates. However, if the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Qualifying examination [Degree/Diploma].
