Central Railway ALP Recruitment 2023: South East Central Railway (Railway Recruitment Cell), R.T.S.Colony Near Kendriya Vidyalay Bilaspur (CG) -495004, has released a notification for the recruitment of various posts. There are total of 1,016 vacancies (ALP/Technician -952 & Junior Engineer – 64).

Age Limit:

What is the age limit for the applications of South East Central Railway –in detail below;

The upper age limit will be 42 years for UR candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and47 years forSC/ST candidates.

The lower and upper age limit indicated for the post(s) in the Vacancy Table will be reckoned as on 01.01.2024.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS for Central Railway ALP Recruitment 2023:

ALP/Technicians Posts

Only a single online application (common to all the notified posts- ALP & Technicians) has to be submitted by the candidate through the link provided on the official website of RRC. The entire recruitment process shall involve CBT, Computer Based Aptitude Test and Document Verification as applicable. The CBT shall have two parts viz. Part A and Part B as detailed below.

PART-A

Duration: 90 Min. (120 Minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied with Scribe) No of Questions: 100

The marks scored in Part A alone shall be used for short listing of candidates for further stages of recruitment process subject to the condition that the candidate is securing qualifying mark in Part B.

PART-B

Duration: 60 Min. (80 Minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied with Scribe) No of Questions: 75 Qualifying Mark: 35% (This is applicable to all candidates and no relaxation is permissible)

Secondly, click here for filling of the application of GDCE Notification No. 01/2023 of SECR
Thirdly, click on the “New Registration” link
Fourthly, fill in employee ID number (11 digits) and date of birth and click continue
After that, do login using the Registration number & password sent in thee-mail/SMS
Then, upload the scanned copy of photograph, self-attested certificates in proof of date of birth, educational/technical qualifications and caste certificate i.e.SC/ST/OBC.
At last, submit the application.
