HS Rules 2023: West Bengal Board of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) Board has released the higher secondary examination rules.
The guidelines have already been published by the Higher Secondary Examination Council
Higher Secondary Exam Rules: (2023 Higher Secondary New Guidelines on Mobile Phone)
1) No electronic items including mobiles can be entered into the examination center.
2) The board has asked all the schools to explain this to their students before issuing the admit card.
3) In order not to leak the question paper of HS Exam 2023, it has been informed that there will be a representative on behalf of the council in all the centers.
4) No teachers and educational staff will be allowed to go out till the end of the examination.
5) HS Exam 2023 should be strictly monitored by the school. Otherwise, the board will take action on behalf of the concerned school.
6) Police security has been ordered at the examination center.
7) Venu supervisors will also keep an eye out so that there is no disturbance.
8) Presence of council members, venue supervisor, and police is mandatory while opening the question paper packet.
9) During the HS Exam 2023, it has also been informed that if there are reports of vandalism, theft, and problems in any school, the examination and results of that center will be canceled.
10) All council members, supervisor teachers, and educational staff are asked to be present by 8 am.
11) Exam will be canceled if a mobile phone or any other unnecessary material is found from any candidate.
12) All teachers and educational staff have been asked to ban the use of mobile phones during the examination.
13) Venu Supervisors to inform the Board of HS Exam 2023 every moment of information.
14) Police security has been made mandatory while fetching question papers and answer sheets.
15) In case of non-observance of this rule for any reason, the Board is asked to inform immediately.
16) If there is any major problem in any center the supervisor has to bear this responsibility.
17) HS Exam 2023 rules have been sent to everyone by the board in this regard.
18) No one will be allowed to enter the center from outside.
19) Loud loudspeakers shall not be played in the vicinity of the examination center.
20) Transport Department has been asked to maintain an adequate number of buses on HS Exam 2023 exam days.
