Candidates need to enter their registration number and date of birth at the login window of the website to access their IBPS RRB Clerk Hall Ticket 2023. The call letters will be available for download on the website till August 19, 2023.

Click on the “Online Preliminary Exam Call Letter CRP-RRBS-XII-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) link.”
Enter your registration number or roll number and password or date of birth.
Enter the captcha and log in.
The IBPS RRB clerk admit card will be displayed on your screen.
Save and take a printout.
The IPS RRB 2023 exam will be held online mode at various exam centers across the country in different cities.

Exam Instructions for IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims 2023:
- Acceptable Photo ID: Valid ID proofs include PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter’s Card with photograph, Bank Passbook with photograph, Photo ID proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead, Valid recent Identity Card from a recognized College or University, Aadhar Card, E-aadhar Card with a photograph, Employee ID, and Bar Council Identity card with photograph.
- Unacceptable ID: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted.
- Photographs: You must have one photograph pasted on the IBPS RRB Clerk prelims admit card 2023, and bring one additional photograph. Retain about 8 copies of the same photograph uploaded during the application process for further selection stages.
- Thumb Impression and Signature: Bring an ink stamp pad and glue for affixing the left thumb impression and pasting the photograph on the attendance sheet. Your signature should match the one uploaded, and your photograph should match the one uploaded in the online application form.
- Reporting Time: Arrive at the examination venue 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned in your call letter. Latecomers will not be allowed to take the test.
- Stay in the Examination Hall: You cannot leave the examination hall until the test time is over or permission is granted by the test administrator.
- Name and ID Proof Match: Ensure that the name on your call letter matches exactly with the name on the photo identity proof. Any mismatch will lead to disqualification.
- Changed Name: If you have changed your name, provide a Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit for verification.
