Army 56 NCC Special Entry Scheme Age Limit

If you’re interested in joining the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and you’re the child of someone who was a casualty in battle, you should be between 19 and 25 years old as of July 1, 2024. Your birthdate should fall between July 2, 1999, and July 1, 2005.

Army NCC Special Entry Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification

For NCC ‘C’ Certificate Holders:-

Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with an aggregate of a minimum of 50% marks considering marks of all the years. Candidates studying in the final year are also eligible to apply provided they have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the first two/ three years of three/ four years degree courses respectively.
Should have served for a minimum of 03 academic years in the senior Division/ Wing of NCC.
Should have obtained a minimum of a ‘B’ Grade in the ‘C’ Certificate Exam of NCC.

For Wards of Battle Casualties of Army Personnel:-

Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with an aggregate of a minimum of 50% marks considering marks of all the years.
Should be warded (unmarried sons and unmarried daughters including legally adopted) of Battle casualties specified as:- Killed in action/ Died of wound or injuries (Other than self-inflicted)/ Wounded or Injured (Other than self-inflicted)/ Missing.
NCC ‘C’ certificate not required for Wards of Battle Casualties.
