NEET UG Exam Date 2023: NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate) is a highly anticipated medical entrance exam in India.

It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. NEET UG 2023 is scheduled to be held on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M.

NEET UG 2023 Exam Date:

National Testing Agency will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) for
2087449 candidates at different Centres located in 499 Cities throughout the country including 14
Cities Outside India on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. (Indian Standard
Time).

NEET UG Admit Card released date 2023:

Now to support and facilitate the candidates, Admit Cards for NEET (UG) – 2023 are being
released as per the following schedule: NEET UG admits card released date 03 May 2023 (Wednesday).

NEET Admit Card Download Procedure:

The admit card for NEET UG 2023 will be available on the official website of NTA. Candidates can follow the steps below to download their admit card:

  • Firstly: Visit the official website of NTA (ntaneet.nic.in).
  • Secondly: Click on the “NEET (UG) 2023 Admit Card” link.
  • Thirdly: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth and Security Pin.
  • Fourthly: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • After that: Your NEET UG 2023 admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • At last: Download and take a printout of the admit card.

It is mandatory for candidates to carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the examination center. Without these documents, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Exam Process:

NEET UG 2023 will be a pen-and-paper-based test, and it will consist of a total of 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a duration of 3 hours. The question paper will be available in 11 languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Kannada, Assamese, and Urdu.

The exam will be divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each section will have 45 questions, and each correct answer will carry four marks. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer, and there will be no negative marking for unattempted questions.

Candidates are advised to read and understand the instructions given on the question paper and the OMR sheet carefully before attempting the exam. They should also manage their time effectively and attempt the questions they are most confident about first.
