The SSC GD Physical Test 2024,
conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, evaluates candidates’ physical fitness and endurance. This second stage follows the written exam and includes the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). The exam aims to recruit General Duty Constables for various paramilitary forces. It ensures candidates can meet job demands like running, long jump, and high jump. SSC GD Physical Eligibility 2024

SSC GD PST Chest Specifications
As per the official notification, there are no chest specifications or criteria for female candidates. However, male candidates must meet the SSC GD PST chest requirement to advance further in the recruitment process. SSC GD PET 2024
Once the PST test is completed, the commission will administer the SSC GD Physical Endurance TEST 2024. It differs for male and female candidates. - SSC GD Physical Running Time for Male Candidates is 5 km in 24 minutes.
- SSC GD Physical Running Time for Female Candidates is 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes.

SSC GD Medical Examination
The candidates who qualify for the physical test will be called for the SSC GD medical test. It will be done by the Medical Officer and below are the various criteria that candidates need to fulfill to clear this stage.
