TATA Steel Recruitment 2024: TATA Steel (Internal Communication Form) has released a notification for the recruitment of Transgender candidates for Tata Steel Ltd. (any location)/Tata Steel Subsidiary Companies (any location).
Minimum Educational Qualification for TATA Steel Recruitment:
- Matriculation with English OR
- ITI (AITT Certificate with ITI will be preferred) OR
- Graduation in any Discipline OR
- Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any institute, recognized by AICTE or UGC OR
- Degree in B.E./BTech in any discipline from any institute, recognized by AICTE or UGC
Age Limit:
Should have been born on or after, 1st January 1984 and before 1st January 2006
Training for TATA Steel Recruitment:
Based on the current qualification and past experience, the selected candidate may have to undergo one year of training before being placed in the organization for any full-time role.
Placement:
All selected candidates will be placed against vacancies, as per their qualification, past experience (if any) and suitability of their knowledge and skills in Tata Steel or any Tata Steel Subsidiary Company
The selected candidates may be placed and/or transferred to any locations of Tata Steel Ltd. Or its subsidiaries during their employment.

Selection Procedure:
- All shortlisted candidates will undergo a selection process, which may include written test and interview as per requirement.
- All selected candidates will have to be declared medically fit as per the Company’s medical fitness standard, before their appointment.
- All selected candidates will undergo Background verification as per Company’s standard, before their appointment.
- All selected candidates will have to mandatorily produce Transgender Certificate
- No reimbursement will be made to the candidates in this process.
