Bharat Electronics Trainee Engineer Vacancy 2023: BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED (A Govt. of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence) has released a notification for the recruitment of Trainee & Project Engineer. There are total of 18 vacancies.
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) a Navaratna Company and a premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics with a portfolio of over 350 different products in the areas of Military Radars, Naval Systems, ElectroOptics, Weapon & Fire Control Communication, Homeland Security, Strategic Communication & Unmanned System, Electronic Warfare, Tank Electronics and Electro Optics.
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) requires the following personnel on temporary basis for CRL-Ghaziabad Unit.
Educational Qualification for Bharat Electronics Trainee Engineer Vacancy:

Trainee Engineer – I –
B.E/B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science from recognized University/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Project Engineer – I
B.E /B.Tech (4 year course) Engineering degree in Computer Science from recognized university/Institution/College with 55% & above for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates & Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates.
Upper Age limit as on 01.06.2023:
What is the age limit for the applications of BEL –in detail below;
Trainee Engineer – I: The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates. Project Engineer – I: The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.06.2023:
Minimum 01 years / C++, Java, Algorithm Development, SW Documentation
Minimum 02 years / C++, Java, SW Testing, SW Documentation Python etc.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & ALLOWANCE:
Trainee Engineer – I: Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.

- Applicants are required to scan the following documents and attach the same in pdf format:
- SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or any other valid documents as proof of date of birth.
- PUC / 12th Class Marks card
- Final degree/ Provisional Degree certificate of relevant qualification.
- Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade/document for percentage/class issued by University/Institution/College.

Selection Procedure:
What is the selection procedure for the engagement of BEL –in detail below;
Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
