• Visit the official website: Go to https://drdo.gov.in/ and check the “What’s New” section for detailed advertisements.
• Check eligibility: Before applying, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
• Register online: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma candidates must register on www.mhrdnats.gov.in, and ITI trade apprentices must register on www.apprenticeshipindia.org. You need a valid registration number before filling out the application form.
• Age requirement: Candidates should be at least 18 years old as of 01-June-2023.
• Qualification eligibility: Only candidates who have completed their qualifying exams (Graduate, Diploma, and ITI trade apprentices) as regular candidates in 2020, 2021, or 2022 are eligible to apply.
• Fill out the application form: Provide correct details in all the fields and upload scanned copies of mandatory documents as per the provided list.
• Percentage conversion: Mention the marks obtained in the qualifying exam in percentage. If you have CGPA, convert it into a percentage according to your university norms. Verification will be done during document verification. (Candidates with a percentage above 60% can apply.)
• Vacancy details and stipend: Check the number of vacancies available and the stipend for each category of apprenticeship (Graduate, Technician, and Trade Apprentice).

7. Any Photo ID card issued by Govt. of India like PAN Card / Voter ID / Driving License.
8. Aadhar Card (Mandatory).
9. Copy of the first page of the Bank Pass Book (State Bank of India, Preferable).
10. Medical fitness certificate issued by a Civil Assistant Surgeon.
11. Two Passport size photographs
