Qualifications for Indian Railway RRC Recruitment 2023:
- Technicians: Matriculation/SSLC + ITI in Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Wireman/Electrical Fitter or 10+2 with Physics and Maths.
- Asstt. Loco Pilot: Matriculation/SSLC + ITI in various trades or Three years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering.
- Train Manager: Graduation Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- JE (Signal): Three years diploma in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Communication Engineering/Computer Science or a combination of relevant streams.
- JE (Bridge): Three years diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- JE (Diesel Electrical): Three years diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a combination of relevant streams.

Selection Procedure for Indian Railway RRC Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of Indian Railway RRC recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of a computer-based test or written exam followed by a computer-based aptitude test, document verification, and medical exam.
