• High-quality recent Passport size Colour photograph (3.5 cm Width × 4.5 cm Height,
  taken after 01/01/2023 in a professional studio),
• Good quality image of the candidate’s signature (in dark Blue or Black ink,
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate (or) SSLC / Matriculation Mark Sheet),
• Copy of AADHAR Card,
• SSLC/10th Std./ Matriculation Certificate or Mark Sheet.
• Proof of possessing notified Qualifications i.e. Provisional Certificate or
• Diploma/Degree Certificate in Engineering Course (or) ITI Certificate with NAC
• Certificate as mentioned in para 1.0 (c).
• Consolidated or Semester/Year wise Mark Sheet(s) in chronological order (with proof for calculation of percentage),
• Copy of Community Certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC
• (NCL)/EWS categories,
• Proof for Ex-Servicemen in case of Ex-Servicemen only, Certificates / Documents to be uploaded by PAPs to establish their eligibility (refer para 10.0) :
  • PAP Eligibility Certificate in the prescribed format (enclosed) issued by the Head of Land Department, NLCIL, Neyveli.
  •  Copy of award [12(2) Notice] or 3 (1) / 3 (2) notification duly certified by the
    land department of NLCIL.
  • If the awardee is not alive, the death certificate of the awardee, legal heir certificate
    , and notarized consent of all other legal heirs.
  • If the awardee is alive, notarized consent of the Awardee & family members.,
    In case of True Certificate issued by DRO (instead of original 12 (2) Notice), to be
    uploaded along with documents as at para 10.4 in a single pdf file.
  • Other documents ‘if any’ in support of their credentials

How to Apply Online in NLC India Limited Bharti 2023

• Visit the official website of NLC India Limited at www.nlcindia.in.
• Before registering or applying online, ensure that you have a valid and active mobile number and personal email ID. These will be used for all training-related communications.
• Make sure you have scanned copies of the required self-attested documents and certificates in the prescribed format to establish your eligibility.
• If you are applying for more than one training scheme, you need to submit a separate Registration-cum-Application Form along with the necessary enclosures for each scheme.
• Submit only one application for each training scheme. If you submit multiple applications or registrations, only the last registered application will be considered.
• Upload the required documents before submitting your application. After uploading a document, there will be an option to view it in the online portal for verification.
• After uploading the necessary documents, submit your application online. Once submitted, take a printout of the registration cum application form.
• During the Document/Certificate verification stage, bring the printed application form along with self-attested copies of the certificates/documents.
• The scrutiny of applications for shortlisting candidates will be based solely on the documents/certificates uploaded during the online registration/application process.
• Manual or paper applications will not be accepted. Do not send any hard copies to the office.
• The online application portal for registration will be active from 10:00 hours on 09/06/2023 until 17:00 hours on 08/07/2023.
