SBI Job Vacancy 2023: State Bank of India has released a notification for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officers. State Bank of India invites Online applications from Indian citizens for appointment to the following Specialist Cadre Officers posts on a contract basis. Educational Qualification:

Manager (Retail Products) –
- Full-time MBA with specialization in Marketing/PGDM with specialization in Marketing/PGPM with specialization in Marketing
- The institutes should be recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC
- Course completed through Correspondence/part-time will not be eligible
Senior Executives (Statistics) –
Basic: Post Graduation in (Statistics/Maths/Economics) in First Division (60%) with working experience of R& Python, Sequel.
Preferred: a. B. Tech (IT/CS) b. P.G. Diploma in Computer or PGDC & MIS
Faculty (Executive Education) –
Basic:
➢ Post-Graduate in any discipline with Minimum Percentage of marks55%
➢ Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the executive Education Domain along with Ph.D. Degree.
➢ Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in their respective domains
Age Limit:

Selection Procedure for SBI Job Vacancy:
What is the selection process for the engagement on SBI –in detail below;
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews, followed by CTC Negotiation
Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard
Merit list: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list
CTC Negotiation: CTC Negotiation will be done on-by-one, with the candidates in order of the merit list drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the interview
