Salary Structure

1. NPA(Non Practicing Allowance)
   The element of such allowance has been included in the monthly emolument
   indicated above.
2. PG allowance
   1. For PG degree holders – Rs.200/- per month.
   2. For PG Diploma holders – Rs100/- per month.

Note: This allowance is also already included in the total emoluments mentioned
above. Hence, in case the Senior Resident is having only a PG Diploma, a sum
of Rs.100/- and in case  they neither has a PG Degree nor a Diploma, a sum of
Rs.200/- per month will be deducted from his/her emoluments.

1. Dearness Allowance, (HRA & Transport Allowance )
   Entitlement to these allowances is as per Central Government rules on the
   basis of their monthly emoluments.
2. Book Allowance
   Book Allowance to be granted to the Senior Residents at the rate of Rs.1500/-
   per annum in two installments of six months each. The books/journals
   purchased shall be embossed at three places by an officer appointed by the
   head of the institution for this purpose.
