Amount of Allowance and Loan Amount:-
Candidates selected for this scheme get an unemployment allowance or incentive allowance of Rs 1,500 per month. Loans of up to Rs. 50,000 are also provided through the USKP scheme for starting a business to build one’s future. The beneficiary will continue to receive unemployment benefits until he finds a job and a maximum of 25 percent of the loan is given as a grant.

Who will benefit from this project?
- Only any unemployed youth who is not connected with any government or private job can apply.
- Applicant must be a resident of West Bengal.
- Must be registered with Employment Bank.
- Applicant must have passed minimum class 8th.
- The age of the applicant should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 45 years as of 1st April of the year of application.
- an applicant has received any financial assistance or loan from the state government then he/she cannot apply.
- Any one member of every family will get the benefit of this scheme.
How to apply Yuvashree Prakalpa?
To apply for the Yuvashri scheme, first of all, you have to go to the website employmentbankwb.gov.in and register your name. Go to New Enrollment and Job Seeker on the site. Now the application form page will open on the screen in front of you.
After filling and submitting the online application form with the help of the required documents, the application form will be automatically generated with the enrollment number, where the user ID will be written.
Print 2-3 copies of this page and keep it. Now submit the application form along with the original and xerox of the documents you uploaded while filling the form to your nearest employment exchange office. Original documents are required only for verification.
Must be submitted within 2 months of application. User Id and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number within a week of submitting the application form. Write down the password carefully.

When will you get the money?
If your name appears on the waiting list for the Yuvashree scheme and you are finally selected as eligible for unemployment benefits, a document verification message will be sent to your registered mobile number. The message is indeed as soon as possible you need to visit the nearest Employment Exchange Office to verify the bank account details. If the verification is successful, you will get an unemployment allowance of Rs 1,500 per month from the state government.
To maintain this allowance every year you have to submit the Annexure III form to the concerned Employment Exchange office by the beginning of January.

- Higher Secondary Examination Admit and Marksheet (if applicable).

To know whether you are eligible to receive money or the status of your application, go to the above website and click on View Status in the Final Waiting List of Yuvasree option. Now you can know whether your name has appeared in the final waiting list only by submitting with a user ID and security code.
