IOCL Job Vacancy 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for the recruitment of retired police officer on contract basis at ERPL, Barauni as Security Chief for states of Bihar and Jharkhand.

Indian Oil’s Pipelines Division owns and operates the largest network of over 18,000 KMs of petroleum products and crude oil cross-country pipelines.
Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Job Vacancy:
The incumbent should be a retired Police Official from the state of Bihar or Jharkhand from the ranks of Dy. S.P. to D.I.G or equivalent in Central and State Government.
Age Limit:
The contract of Security Chief at ERPL, Barauni is likely to be placed by 01.09.2023 (or earlier) for an initial period of 01 year, which may be extended in a spell of maximum one year, up to three years. The applicants should be less than 62 years as on 01.09.2023.
Period of Contract:
Initially for a period of one year which may be extended in a spell of maximum one year, up to three years, depending upon the requirement and performance.

Remuneration and Facilities:
A consolidated lump-sum monthly remuneration/contract fee of Rs. 60,000/- shall be paid. Increment may be given @ 3% per annum as per performance.
